The screen printing process is a method where a design is transferred through a silk mesh screen, onto a substrate, with ink. The screen needs to be prepared so that ink will only go through the designated area, forming your design.
Screen Printing prices are created using several factors. Most importantly, the number of colors in your artwork, how many locations you want printed on your shirt, and quantity of shirts needed. The artwork is also needed to be in a vector format, such as .ai or .eps, so the quality is at its highest and can be scaled without losing clarity. Maybe you want a certain image but you don't have the vector file need...NO PROBLEM! We can redraw the logo for you for a small additional ONE TIME charge.

*Sublimation:
Sublimation shirt printing is a specific process of printing that first involves printing onto a special sheet of paper, then transferring that image onto another material (usually polyester or a polyester mix).
The ink is then heated until it disintegrates into the fabric.
The process of Sublimation shirt printing costs more than other methods, but it lasts longer, and will not crack or peel over time, like other shirt printing methods. Sublimation does not work on 100% cotton products or even any products with more than about 35% cotton or dark color garments. For best results for shirts, look to use white 100% polyester (dri-fit or sport wicking).
